We all know we need to build good habits, but how the heck does one build habits? I have dedicated 2016 to finding the answer to this question by changing my life one habit at a time. Each month this year I will be living in a different city around the country. In each city I will focus on developing a new habit. These habits will focus on building health, wealth, and happiness. Everything from getting out of debt to learning how to cook. I hope to inspire, motivate, and help all who are interested in learning how to develop habits.
